The staff is very professional and caring (ask me when the cleaning service could come by). The parking is a plus. The presence of a mini-market (Lawson) nearby is very convenient (<100m). Likewise, a laundry room allows you to wash & dry your clothes at reasonable prices. There is a train station (Myoko Arai) nearby (<2 km) R715.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities with a nice onsen and restaurant and the room was fairly spacious and comfortable

The hotel is economical, located close to all the Myoko ski resorts (30 minutes by car), has supermarkets and a variety of restaurants nearby. The coffee machine in the lobby is wonderful. Breakfast was a mix of Western and Japanese style food; tasty and healthy.

Superior value for money. Breakfast was very good and varied every morning. Staff were always very friendly, even though english wasn't spoken basically at all.

Standard Route-Inn style. The staff were very friendly. Clean room, quiet location with a convenience store next door. The public bath was a bit small, but it's better than nothing. I would be happy to stay again.

Very clean and polite staff. Rooms were not so big but comfortable, suitable for short stays. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices.
